MYMA FOOTWEAR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Myma Footwear has been in the business of satisfying clients for years. Our over-arching philosophy is one of mutual respect. We stand behind the quality of our products but recognize that from time to time, sensible solutions may be found outside the parameters of the following policies. Ultimately, we want to make our customers happy and treat them fairly and only ask that integrity be reciprocated.

If your purchase from a Myma Footwear store or maymafootwear.com isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment including purchases made with gift cards.
  • Sale Merchandise are Final Sale Only.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded
  • All returns will be at the buyer’s expense.
  •  Items must be returned new, unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the items in question are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards.

    • If we identify an unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.

Returns by mail: We invite you to return or exchange it by courier or by Canada Post. All orders eligible to return receive a complimentary Return Shipping Label, which must be used to take advantage of this service. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed if an alternative service is used.

 

Price Adjustments

As part of our commitment to providing the best service possible, Myma Footwear offers customers a price adjustment policy under the following conditions:

  • Should a previously purchased item be marked down, we offer as price protection a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase pick-up or receipt of merchandise. Price adjustments are on regular-priced merchandise only – we do not offer further price adjustments against sale merchandise or merchandise sold with a promotion.
  • The item in question is still available on the Myma Footwear website in the same style and size.

If the above conditions are met, please contact our Customer Care team so they can refund the difference to your original method of payment.
